USA TSCA (Toxic Substance Control Act)
Enforced on October 11, 1976, the TSCA of the United States is implemented to prevent chemical substances and mixtures from causing risks to the human body and environment.

Existing Chemical Substances(TSCA Inventory List)
- 1Active Substance: Manufactured and imported available without separate report
- 2Inactive substance : Conversion report submitted before 90 days of manufacture/import
- 3Significant New Use Rule : if the existing chemical substance is used for a new purpose, the Significant New Use Report must be submitted before 90 days of manufacture/import
New Chemical Substances(Chemical substances not on the TSCA Inventory List)
- Pre-manufacture Notice (PMN) required by EPA
- Exemption report necessary for polymer substance
- Low-Volume Exemption form required for substances of less than 10 TPA
