Enforced on December 11, 2014, Taiwan's Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Control Act (TCCSCA) was enacted to establish a system to manage the safety of chemical substances and implement new and existing chemical substance institutions to systematically manage the hazard information of such substances.
