◉ National Institute of Chemical Safety Notification No. 2025-7
In accordance with Article 14, Paragraph 1 and Article 10, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph 2 (a), Paragraph 3, Article 24, and Article 28 of the "Act on the Registration and Evaluation of Chemical Substances," as well as Article 16, Paragraph 1 and Article 12, Paragraph 4 of the "Chemical Control Act" and their respective Enforcement Rules, the "Regulation on Classification and Labeling of Chemical Substances" (National Institute of Chemical Safety Notification No. 2025-3, dated January 24, 2025) is hereby amended and announced as follows.
