In accordance with Article 46 of the "Administrative Procedures Act," the Ministry of Environment hereby announces the draft partial amendment to the "Regulation on the Designated Quantities of Toxic Substances, Restricted Substances, Prohibited Substances, and Authorized Substances" in order to inform the public of the purpose and key contents of the amendment and to solicit public opinions in advance.
