① Toxic substances will be reclassified based on the level of hazard and managed accordingly.

② Existing toxic substances will be reclassified based on hazard criteria. New concentration criteria(%) will be applied for mixtures, and substances not meeting the designation criteria will be excluded.
③ Grace periods will be provided to comply with obligations for newly designated or updated substances.

① If chemical safety information is affected due to this amendment, such information must be provided to the downstream user by July 1, 2026(e.g., updated MSDS distribution).
② If you are already handling substances newly designated or reclassified, please ensure compliance with the following obligations by the deadline.
