This Regulation is intended to prescribe matters necessary for the management and operation of institutions that inspect hazardous chemical handling facilities (hereinafter referred to as “inspection agencies”), in accordance with Article 22(3) and (4) of the Enforcement Rule of the Chemical Control Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Rule”), for such institutions designated pursuant to Article 24(2) of the same Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) and Article 22(1) of the Rule.
