This Notice aims to prescribe matters concerning the designation of safety-confirmation-required household chemical products, the establishment and verification of safety standards for each product category, as well as labeling requirements and methods, in accordance with Articles 3(3) and 3(4), 8, 9, and 10 of the Act on the Safety Management of Household Chemical Products and Biocides (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”), Article 5 and Article 7 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Decree”), and Article 5 and Article 7 of the Enforcement Rule of the same Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Rule”)
