◉ National Institute of Chemical Safety Public Notice No. 2025-128
In accordance with the Act on the Registration and Evaluation of Chemical Substances, the National Institute of Chemical Safety hereby gives public notice of the draft amendment to the Designation Notice of Substances with Acute Toxicity, Respiratory Sensitization, and Specific Target Organ Toxicity, announces the main details thereof to the public, and invites opinions thereon pursuant to Article 46 of the Administrative Procedures Act.
