◉ National Institute of Chemical Safety Public Notice No. 2026-2
In order to amend the Public Notice on the Designation of Accident Preparedness Substances pursuant to Article 39(2) of the Chemicals Control Act and Article 17 of the Enforcement Rule of the same Act, the National Institute of Chemical Safety hereby gives prior notice of the reasons for the amendment and the main details thereof to the public, and invites opinions thereon pursuant to Article 46 of the Administrative Procedures Act.
