◉ Ministry of Climate, Energy and Environment Public Notice No. 2026-372
In order to announce a legislative notice on the partial amendment to the Enforcement Rule of the Act on the Registration and Evaluation of Chemical Substances, the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Environment hereby gives prior notice of the reasons for the amendment and the main details thereof to the public, and invites opinions thereon pursuant to Article 41 of the Administrative Procedures Act.
